Successfully arranging the placement of 100 bakery and cake workers for food processing company in Romania
After one week of discussion and negotiation, 18th May food processing company and Vietnam Manpower came to an agreement to sign a contract of Vietnamese workers’ recruitment in which Vietnam Manpower plays a role as an agency in Vietnam, providing qualified workers, recruitment services and recruitment campaign. More than 100 workers achieved very satisfied results in close cooperation between Vietnamese Manpower and food processing company in Romania.

In order to ensure the best manpower quality, Vietnam Manpower conducted a rigorous recruitment process to hire required positions. Representatives from food processing company worked in cooperation with recruitment professionals from Vietnam Manpower to interview shortlisted candidates on May 18th, 2019. “This is the first time we work together but we act in perfect team-work” the representative said. Romania's recruiters were fully satisfied with the high performance of Vietnamese workers that Vietnam Manpower shortlisted. Finally, up to 100 best candidates had been chosen after a careful selection process. Moreover, Romania's representatives also proposed to continue recruiting other positions from Vietnam Manpower when they have demand the next time. It was the best fruit of our effort in this recruitment campaign.
Food processing company has 30 years of experience in the field of food processing, and is one of the famous companies in the beautiful country of Romania. New factory, equipped with good processing equipment Most, completed in 2007 and with high working capacity, were able to get high quality products in line with EU requirements. Products are included in the Integrated Quality Management System - Environment and Food Safety, certified under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001.
At the beginning, the employers gave a short introduction about their company, their working and accommodation conditions and answer question that the candidates may have.
Let’s take a tour at the interview process on May 18th, 2019:
First of all, the employer interviewed foreman who need to be responsible for managing workers and connecting workers with employers to understand each other better. In addition, foreman must have a fluent level of English as well as a skilled work force.

Through the first round of competition - Interview with foreman carefully and closely, the employers are very pleased with the attitude and experience of the labors that Vietnam Manpower provides. All employees expressed confidence and answered very well the questions of the representatives. Coming to the next round is cake workers test.
Vietnamese workers are renowned for their good working attitude, hard work and responsibility. They always offer the most productive productivity which makes foreigners very excited. Especially, female workers in Vietnam are very skillful, and meticulously, so that they can produce the most beautiful cakes.

Cake worker test
In this competition, the employees must decorate and shape the cake, each cake needs the creativity and skill of the candidates. The final result did not disappoint employers, and they were great happy to receive unexpected results.

Bakery worker test
The bakery worker is the final exam. The candidates have to follow the requirements of employers. Each candidate carried out within 5 minutes, and lead by a foreman. The employers can test the workers quality and the foreman management ability at the same time. After the pressure of the test, the workers finished their competition very well. All sellected employees went through many thorough tests supervised directly by the representatives, assuring that their working ability meet Romanian labor requirements.
